A 23 year old rally driver from Cape Town, South Africa. 2026 is his first season as a privateer, racing a Rally2 car in the Spanish Gravel Championship (CERT). In 2024/5 Max represented Africa in the FIA Rally Star team in the Junior World Rally Championship. His first podium (P3) was in Sardinia in 2024, less than a year into his career. 2025 brought his first stage win at Rally Sweden and a WRC3 podium (P3) at Rally Portugal.
